Some valves vibrate during use. Why?
![]() |
The main reasons for vibration are as follows: firstly, incorrect valve operation; The second is excess fluid flowing through the valve. The reason for excessive flow is that the valve is not properly selected and the flow exceeds the rated flow of the valve under normal conditions. When selected, the rated flow rate of the valve should be greater than the designed flow rate of the pipeline. The third is the diameter of the valve inlet tube. If the valve is too large and the valve diameter is small, the large inlet resistance of the valve will cause the valve to vibrate. This requires an appropriate increase in the resistance of the discharge pipe to control the tremor.
