(1) If the flange gap is relatively small, the leakage is less, then can be removed in the bolt directly installed on the special agent joint, tighten the nut, install the injection bolt, the copper wire or pan root embedded in the flange gap, form a new sealing cavity, and then to the injection of sealant.

(2) If the flange joint gap is relatively large, in the treatment of the need to use convex fixture, in the middle of the two flange connection bolt design injection hole, and the location of the bolt stagger, in order to prevent the leakage of media, can also use compressed air to blow the leaking media to the side.

(3) If the large diameter of the flange joint leakage, then you need to use local pressure plugging method, with a fixture to fix it, and then inject sealant from the local, so as to effectively eliminate the dynamic leakage point.
