We used Teflon Xylon PTFE A193 B7/A194 2H, which is anti-rusting specially used for seawater and so on.

ZJCLV trunnion ball valve 16” adopts the design of grease injection. It is effectively avoiding the leakage caused by the seat rings are unexpectedly damaged.

Compound injection holes are designed and compound injection valves are installed at locations of stem/cap and body support of side valve. When the seat ring or stem O ring is damaged due to accident, the corresponding sealant can be injected by the sealant injection device to avoid medium leakage on seat ring and stem. If necessary, the auxiliary sealing system can be used for washing and lubricating the seat to maintain its cleanliness.

Large diameter, high pressure ball valves choose rising stem according to the closing force of the need for the transmission of stem and equipped with rolling bearing with bevel gear to reduce the closing force.
