8) Valve Details
1. Body&bonnet
Two piece construction; Side entry; Thick body and bonnet which is even double weight than non-standard. |
2. Bolted bonnet connection
We used A193 B7/A194 2H, which is whole threaded specially used for valves and so on. We never use bad material as A3 instead which is not thread in the middle like small factory marked B7 too and saving 10% cost but hurt more than 10% service life too. |
3. Floating design
This is floating ball valve, which has a simple construction and good sealing. The ball can produce a certain displacement and press light on the the sealing surface of the outlet end to ensure that the outlet end is sealed. Our ball is solid type, not hollow or made by plate. |
4. Pneumatic actuator operator
This ball valve adopts single act pneumatic actuator to operate the ball valves. So user can control the ball valves remotely and automatically, saving worker cost for high-end usage. More, we also offer both single act and double act pneumatic actuators which exported to Russia, Europe a lot. And the FRL is best of china as filter, regulator and lubricator. International brand as SMC, DPC, FESTO and so on are available if required. |
5. Fireproof Structure Design
ln case of fire during the use of valve, the seat ring made of PTFE or other non-metal materials will be decomposed or damaged under high temperature and cause higher leakage.The fireproof seal ring is set between ball and seat so that after the valve seat is burnt, the medium will push the ball rapidly towards the downstream metal seal ring to form the auxiliary metal to metal sealing structure,which can effectively control valve leakage. In addition,the middle flange sealing gasket is made of metal wound gasket,which can ensure sealing even under high temperature.The fireproof structure design of floating ball valve conforms to requirements in API 607,API 6FA,BS6755 and other standards. |
6. Anti-static Structure
This ball valve is provided with the anti-static structure and adopts the static electricity discharge device to directly form a static channel between the ball and body or form a static channel between the ball and body through the stem,so as to discharge the static electricity produced due to friction during the opening and closing of ball and seat through the pipeline,avoiding fire or explosion that may be caused by static spark and ensuring system safety. |
7. Special Seat Design
Our trunnion pipeline ball valve adopts the trunnion ball structure and floating valve seat, so as to achieve lower torque under operating pressure. It uses self-lubricating PTFE and metal sliding bearing to reduce the friction coefficient to the lowest in conjunction with the high intensity and high fineness stem. |
8. Blow-out Proof Stem
Our stem adopts the blow-out proof structure.The stem is designed with the footstep at its bottom so that with the positioning of upper end cover and screw, the stem will not be blown out by the medium even in case of abnormal pressure rise in the valve cavity. |
