1. Reduced Bore Design

ZJCLV valves are designed both standard thick on body and flanges, so reliable for exposure shell performance and pressure resistance as 1.5times than the standard pressure so for long time usage. |

3. Blow-out Proof Stem
Our stem adopts the blow-out proof structure. The stem is designed with the footstep at its bottom so that with the positioning of upper end cover and screw, the stem will not be blown out by the medium even in case of abnormal pressure rise in the valve cavity. |

4. Low Operating Torque
Labor-saving operation: ball is supported by upper and lower stems to reduce friction and eliminate the formation of the ball and the sealing seat driven by the inlet pressure to prevent excessive torque due to huge sealing load. |
