2) Valve Details

1. Double block and bleed design (DBB)
When the valve is closed and the middle cavity is emptied through the discharge valve, the upstream and downstream seats will independently block the fluid at the inlet and outlet to realize double block function. Another function of the discharge device is that the valve seat can be checked if there is any leakage during the test. ln addition, the deposits inside the body can be washed and discharged through the discharge device to reduce damage to the seat by impurities in the medium. |

2. Drain Valve
When the waste in the inner cavity is discharged through the drain valve, there will be pressure between the inlet and outlet ends of the compression seat, which makes it easier to achieve the sealing performance.

3. Needle Valve
With the help of this valve flow control at a very low rate with higher accuracy is possible. Needle valves are smaller in size. So, there is not an issue of space during its installation. |

4. Lever operation
The main feature of DBB valves design is that it has two balls in one valve to ensure greater safety. Two balls design with two lever operated. |
