1) Valve Details

1. Reduced bore
3 Piece type. The reduced diameter ball valve is more suitable for reducing the load in the pipeline. Cryogenic ball valves are built to help transport and store cryogenic gasses safely and efficiently. Reduced bore open according to API 6D standard. |

2. Extended Stem
The extended stem has the function of protecting the stuffing box and prevent leakage of the stempacking. |

3. DBB self-relief seat
The double block and bleed ball valve is a product intended to substitute several connections between conventional valve. The distinction between DBB ball valve and the conventional one is that it can effectively overcome leakage that happens during system operation, and it can be closed quickly and discharge easily. |

4. Anti- Static structure
Adopts the static electricity discharge device to to discharge the static electricity produced due to friction during the opening and closing of ball and seat through the pipeline，avoiding fire or explosion that may be caused by static spark and ensuring system safety. |

5. Fireproof Structure Design
Under pressure of the medium, the ball valve will push the seat reatainer rapidly towards the ball to make the metal seal ring contact the ball and form the auxiliary metal to metal sealing structure,which can effectively control valve leakage.The fireproof structure design of trunnion pipeline ball valve conforms to requirements in API 607, API 6FA, BS6755 and other standards. |

5. Gear operated
Large diameter, high pressure ball valves choose rising stem according to the closing force of the need for the transmission of stem and equipped with rolling bearing with bevel gear to reduce the closing force. |

Cryogenic ball valve is mainly used in ethylene, liquefied natural gas and other chemical plants, the output of liquid low temperature medium such as ethyfene, liquid oxygen, liquid hydrogen and so on.
