4. Bronze stem nut usedOur ZJCLV valves use real bronze stem nut for long time service life as easy to lubricate and protect stem screws. Or as customer required，we use American Standard ASTM A439-1983 D-2 as D-2 High nickel cast iron products have good corrosion resistance, heat resistance, structural stability, thermal expansion, and non-magnetic properties. It is suitable for important parts in the machinery industry such as valve stem nuts. |

5. T type stemAnti-blow out valve stem design with a cone type sealing which will be tight clse with the back seat when fully open.Long-threaded stem nut provides long thread life and allows the handwheel to be removed when the valve is fully open. |

6. BB,bolted bonnetOur 10” gate valves are designed with standard thickness for bonnet with replaceable back seat as ASTM A276 410. More the bolts and nuts on bonnets are also standard. The bolts are full screws as ASTM A193 Gr.B7, and nuts are ASTM A194 Gr.2H. Many cheap factories use the fake B7 as real material A3 in china which is not screws in the middle of bolts and also 2H nuts are not heat treated so to save about 30% cost but reduce the screw strength finally as cost. |
